History

Welcome to the website presenting the activity of the BIS Multiserwis company, which, since the year 1991, vividly participates in occurring changes on the Polish industrial market.

While realizing investments in the country and abroad for many years, we constantly prove that choosing our company is choosing the best partner. The satisfaction of our clients is fully presented in received letters of reference.

Being a member of the Bilfinger Berger Industrial Services AG consortium, one of the biggest in the world that deals with industrial services, our company is able to extend previous services with new technologies and trades. The priority of all activities of the BIS Multiserwis company is to ensure the quality and reliable service for the client.

The BIS Multiserwis company was set up in November 1991 in Warsaw under the name Willich Sp. z o.o. , as a joint venture company with 100 % of German capital. The company started its activity in Poland, specializing in insulation techniques for power, chemical, oil, cement, food and building industry. A dynamic upturn of domestic economy in '90 enabled a rapid development of the company which quickly has adjusted to the market and required standards. Thanks to perfect organization and reliable realization of all tasks taken, BIS Multiserwis is today the leading forefront in industrial insulation in Poland.

 
In June 2007 the company has moved to the new seat in Krapkowice on Prudnicka Street 40.

 

The taking over of Willich Sp. z o.o. by Rheinhold & Mahla AG consortium, the biggest group in Europe that offered services in industrial insulation, was a very significant event before entering in the new millennium.

As a result of the fusion, since 1st January 2000, the Willich Sp. z o.o. company has become the member of Rheinhold & Mahla AG consortium. The joining enabled us to extend our offer and to use new technologies. The direct result of the change was the change of the company' name from Willich Sp. z o.o. that was valid until 14th of November 2002, to R&M Industrial Services Polska Sp. z o.o.

In the year 2006, the Rheinhold & Mahla SE consortium, which main shareholder is Bilfinger Berger (www.bilfingerberger.de) has changed the name to Bilfinger Berger Industrial Services GmbH. As a result, our company has also changed the name in May 2007 to the one that is obligatory in the capital group. Therefore, our new name contains:

• BIS - the short form of the consortium Bilfinger Berger Industrial Services GmbH name to which we belong
• Multiserwis - that indicates wide range of services we realize

At the moment BIS Multiserwis Sp. z o.o. employs approximately 1500 workers on building sites in the country and abroad. We have well qualified engineering - technical staff as well as specialists in organization, supervising and construction management, therefore we are able to successfully realize many tasks. The company possesses over 60.241.109 PLN of capital including the stock in the amount of 3.000.000 PLN. In 2011, our company reached 267 million PLN turnover.

From the year 2009 we possess 40% of stocks in the BIS Plettac Company in Ostrzeszów.
